THE IMPLEMENTATION PROCESS

Just as in the analysis phase, attention to detail in the Implementation Process is paramount to successful Dedicated Contract Carriage integration. An Implementation Plan represents the organizational and action items that occur from the time the agreement is consummated to the actual operational startup of the dedicated logistics system.

Description of the
Implementation Process:

• Implementation Plan is implemented
  upon contract signing.
• Implementation Plan duration is 4-6 weeks.
• Lily will provide an experienced,
  knowledgeable team On-Site to
  transition the dedicated solution from contract signing to operational startup.
• The Implementation Plan is mapped out by Lily defining action items and timelines
  to ensure an efficient, organized and seamless transition.

• Your personnel are involved and work closely with the Lily Implementation Team to ensure all needs are being addressed.
• Sample action items include driver and management recruitment, hiring and
  training as well as equipment
  procurement and placement, office setup, and computer hardware and software setup.
• The Lily Implementation Team will follow through and stay on site for approximately 2-3 weeks following the first day of deliveries to ensure that the
  system runs as designed and to make any necessary adjustments.
